'Walking into the Light, a journey through grief',
by Eddie Askew, Jenny Hawke and Stephanie Bell.

After the death of my father, we found a journal with poems that he had written through Mum's illness and subsequent death. We put them together with some of Dad's beautiful artwork to make this book to mark a poignant journey through grief on Dad's behalf. My sister and I added our own memories as we too journeyed through our own grief having lost them both.
A moving book helpful to anyone going through their own grief.

'Making a Mark' by Eddie Askew and Jenny Hawke.

I had often asked Dad to write a book on painting and faith but he had simply laughed. 'Plenty of books out there already' he said. Following his death we found a boxfile full of notes, chapter heading and quotes from other artists. This book is the finished product with the addition of my thoughts and memories. Dad's art and faith were dependant on each other. he saw colour and hope in every situation.
A great 'coffee-table' book, thoughtful and inspiring.

'There was a Garden.' by Eddie Askew and Jenny Hawke.

Dad was working on this book shortly before he died and I have had the joy of completing it for him, adding the prayers and meditations to his insights as we travel through the Bible from Eden to the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, to Gethsemane and finally to the picture of an eternal garden in Heaven.

This book is full of Dad's trademark paintings as well as thought-provoking readings and prayers. A lovely book to focus on at the beginning or end of each day.

All the above books are available from TLMTrading or contact me directly.

'A great cloud of witnesses, part 1 Birth.' by Barbara Bennett, illustrated by Jenny Hawke.
